These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the ab 999 platform and all its users. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on ab 999, a member must meet the following conditions:

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

3.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount on ab 999 is ৳300. Currently, three mobile financial services are available for deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds will be added to the account only after the deposit is successfully completed.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may also be used for withdrawals.

3.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. 3.4 Transaction Liability

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; the wagering requirement in this case will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

The following promotions are currently available on ab 999:

• ab 999 Weekly Reload Festival: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000; 20x wagering; once per week.
• Slot Adventure Deposit Bonus: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳3,000; 25x wagering; applicable to slot games only.
• Birthday Special Reward: Up to ৳1,000; 10x wagering; credited automatically every year.
• Friday Cricket Deposit Blast: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳4,000; 18x wagering; every Friday.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Winnings from bonuses are not direct cash. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement is fully met. Separate terms apply to each bonus. Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.

4.4 Bonus Cancellation

If a member requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the bonus terms, ab 999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings earned from it. If any irregularity or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled immediately.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

On ab 999, all game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. No prior guarantee can be given regarding game results. The rules for each game are detailed on that game's page.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set separately for each game. Members should check the betting limits of a game before starting to play. Additional bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, ab 999 will review the matter and decide whether to void the round and refund the bet amount. Claims of unusual winnings resulting from an obvious technical error will not be accepted.

5.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, betting markets and rules differ for each event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, ab 999 will decide on the relevant bet in accordance with applicable rules. For markets where a tie or draw is possible, the draw odds will be listed separately.

6.1 VIP Tiers

The ab 999 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, calculated as a fixed percentage of that week's net losses:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week to arrive at the net loss. For example, if a Gold tier member has a weekly net loss of ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6.3 Tier Changes

VIP tier upgrades are based on a member's regular playing activity. ab 999 reserves the right to set and change the criteria for tier changes. If a member's account shows prolonged inactivity, their tier may be reviewed.

The following activities are completely prohibited on ab 999:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or any third-party tools.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of claiming bonus benefits.
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Committing payment fraud, initiating chargebacks, or sending fake payments.

7.2 Other Prohibited Actions

• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or security systems.
• Using an account for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Collecting or using another member's personal information.

If any prohibited activity is detected, ab 999 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

13.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. All active bonuses and pending withdrawals must be settled before the request is made.

13.2 Closure by ab 999

ab 999 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity
• Underage membership detected
• Long-term inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Legal or regulatory directive

13.3 Balance after account closure

If an account is closed in accordance with the rules, the valid balance may be withdrawn. For accounts closed due to rule violations, ab 999 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

14.1 Entire Agreement

14.4 Interpretation in Bengali

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and shall be interpreted in Bengali. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
